Shazam! Computers – Service Policy

Pricing

  • Standard Service: $99 per device
  • Advanced / Extended Work: $110 per hour (if needed, approved before continuing)

Scope of Service

  • Includes diagnosis, repair, setup, and configuration for the reported issue(s)
  • Additional issues may require additional service charges (with approval)

Workmanship Guarantee

  • If the same issue returns within 14 days, it will be addressed at no charge
  • Issues not originally addressed or new problems are considered new service requests

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for knowing or providing access to:
    • Account logins (Apple ID, email, etc.)
    • Passwords and verification methods
  • Devices that are locked or inaccessible due to missing credentials may limit service

Data & Liability

  • While care is taken, data loss is always a risk
  • Customers are responsible for backing up important data prior to service

Abandoned Devices

  • Devices not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned

Approval

  • Any work beyond standard service will be discussed and approved before proceeding
