Residential and Business In-Shop Service Rates for 2023
Deal for you if you only need a diagnosis or quick fix! $69/$99 for business. (in-shop only)
Effective as of March 1, 2023, my hourly rate will be $95/hr. $120/hour for businesses.
Backup/Reinstall Software/Personal Data/Reinstall Windows with all updates: 2-4 hours of time: $190-380. This includes all of the backups, installation of the software, and updates.
Businesses In-Shop Rates for 2023
$120/hour; it doesn’t matter where you’re from.
Remote access is available! $125/HR for residential; $150/hour for businesses. Billed quarterly if needed.
Website/Blogging services within my shop: Waterford, Wind Lake and Burlington areas are $125/hour for residential; $150/hour for business’s.

I feel as though I need to put this in writing as well:
If you have me back up your data, it will most likely take a minimum of one hour to complete. There are times when I have to manually go in there and get files, and it will be extensive, so please understand that it may take longer. It’s been happening lately where people’s data has been taking 1-2 hours, and if it’s complicated and detailed, it will be more. Yet, if it takes longer than that and I don’t have to “man” the computer, you’ll be charged for just that time I am in front of that computer.
If, for some reason, the computer, printer, etc. are not repairable and I’ve spent even 2-3 hours on them, I will only charge you my minimum fee of $95.
I will give a 10% discount on labor (not parts) to any grade school student from 1–12 from any school. Does not apply to quick fixes. ***
TRAVELING TO A CUSTOMER’S RESIDENCE OR BUSINESS
For business customers that I am traveling to within the Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Walworth County areas, the rate is $180 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Outside of those areas, there will be more, depending on where you live. I can tell you before I start working if you want me to quote you.
Waterford Business: $135/hour.
Residential Outside Waterford (Village and most of the town): $120/hour with a 2-hour minimum at their homes in Tichigan (because it’s about the same distance for me to travel to the other cities) $145 for businesses.
Mukwonago & Burlington: $125/hour residential and $155 for business’s. Muskego and New Berlin are $135/residential and $165/hour businesses.
Residential in the Racine/Mt. Pleasant Area: $135/hour with a 2-hour minimum at their homes in those areas. Businesses are $160/hour
Residential: $145/hour at their homes or places of business who live or work in Milwaukee and Walworth counties. 2-hour minimum. If there is a pickup, there will be a minimum of $60 and $85 for Walworth County and Milwaukee County. The businesses in those areas charge $180 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. **This is to offset the cost of traveling. If it’s outside of those areas, contact me for pricing.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS
Residential in Antioch, Richmond, and Lake Villa is $155/hr with a 2-hour minimum. If you need me for 3 hours, I will discount it by $10/hour and make it $145/hour. This is to offset the cost of traveling. McHenry and surrounding cities are $165/hour.
For Saturdays, please call me first.
Sundays are always Double-Time, meaning double the standard rate. If you want me to work on Sundays for you, you MUST contact me on Saturday and discuss plans.
Rates are effective March 1, 2023, and may change with or without notice.
